Matthew Lewis is an emerging fine art photographer based in Australia. Inspired by the surrealism art movement and deep introspection, he takes an intuitive approach to alternative processes, using digital and physical image manipulation techniques to build worlds within his images. Mental illness and existential dread are recurring themes in his work. 


Matthew completed a Bachelor of Photography and Digital Imaging degree from PSC Creative College, (Melbourne), in 2025, and has been featured in several group exhibitions internationally. His latest body of work Infinite Wisdom explores the waxing and waning of anxiety and depression, and existential philosophy.
